Order Processing
Once your order is confirmed, your items will be prepared for shipping. Most items take 48Hours - 72Hours to be processed (Custom products require additional time). During this time, your order will remain in the "Ready to be shipped" status. Please note that this does not mean we haven’t received your order—it simply indicates that your order is being carefully prepared and readied for shipment. While we work hard to ensure your order is prepared for shipping as quickly as possible, some items may have longer processing time due to low product availability. In such circumstances, you will be notified by email of the delay.

Delivery
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with details about the items in the package as well as a tracking number and a link to the shipping company website. To track your package, simply click onto the link provided. You can also track the status of your shipment on Ubekeen site.
Please note that sometimes it takes the shipping company some time to update the status of the shipment and your tracking link may not work immediately. In the event of any unsuccessful delivery, you will also be notified by e-mail.
If you don't receive your order, please contact us within 2 months after placing the order.
For orders within 2 months:
Customer responsibility: Input wrong address, etc.
we will issue a 50% refund of the order or resend once, Only pay for shipping.
Ubekeen responsibility: Full refund or resend for products you did not receive.
For orders over 6 months:
The order is valid for 6 months, overdue requests won’t be accepted.
If you have not received the tracking number, please be patient. We will handle it and email you tracking info as soon as possible.
If you have received the tracking number, but the tracking info has not updated, please be patient. We are keeping an eye out for your packages and trying to speed up the customs clearance process.
Custom Tax or Duty
Normally, customers are not assessed any additional duties or taxes via Standard Shipping. However, sometimes customers may be required to pay tariffs on their purchases.
Additional Customs and Import Duties
Please note that some countries may require tariff declarations or impose additional customs and import duties as part of their local regulations. These fees are determined by your country’s customs policies and are not included in your order total.
We recommend checking your country’s import policies in advance to understand any potential fees. If your order is subject to customs duties, you will need to contact your local customs office to complete the payment process and clear your package.
Shipping Delays

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns and Exchanges
