Women Vintage Buckle Leather Mary Janes Shoes

Although I really wanted the shoes for an event, I received the wrong size and by then it was too late :( I’m giving this a 4 because Lisa in customer service was so willing to help me with the return process and even gave me back my shipping costs I had to pay to return the shoes. I will say if you’re ordering, order true to size (as long ad you don’t have wide feet) because they certainly looked great quality and beautiful- I just had to go another route for a specific event I wanted to wear em at :) Definitely a hassle-free process!

I ordered my regular USA size, and found them too small. I’ve been trying to get return/exchange instructions, but can’t seem to get any instructions on how to proceed. The shoes are adorable, and I want to return/exchange. Please help me.

I gave them as a gift and my daughter loves them. They run a a kittle small.

Impressed by the quality with padded comfort insoles, stitch detail, and beautiful burnished color of upper. Buckle is only a fashion accessory; although closure is velcro, function is strong, invisible, and convenient. Optional heel comfort pads were also included. I was concerned shoes didn't exist and would never arrive (almost 30 days), but I was pleasantly surprised they were worth the wait. My teenage daughter LOVES them and I'm jealous. Overall - fantastic value product requires patience for delivery to the US.
